After a busy and tiring day, your skin really need a refreshment
before you go to sleep, they're tired too. My skincare routine for
evening/night time is gonna be very long, it's gonna be hard to follow at first
but after some time you feell like you missed something if you skip any of the
steps.
Now let's start!
removing all of your makeup is the most
important step in the evening routine, you don't want to let your makeup stay
in your face and give you any acne or bumps in the morning. For waterproof
mascara you have you use a lip and eye remover first before any of the skincare
routine.
The first step after that, i usually use
my menard tsukika cleansing cream (Tsukika is the same brand with
lisciare,it’s menard my favorite brand now. But tsukika is a lot cheaper than
lisciare line, good enough for a cleansing cream though). Cleansing cream is
actually a lot like cleansing oil, but the texture is thicker, but after you
apply it to your skin and make a circle movement to remove all of your makeup
the cream began to change into oil, now you’re ready to wash your face with
warm water until the oil is disappearing from your face.
The second step is wash my face with my Clarins
Gentle Cleanser with cottonseed, just like in the morning but with
warm water.
Always
double cleanse in the evening, you don’t want any dirt in your skin while you
sleeping, it can make your pore bigger and make your face look dull.
The
third step is my beloved menard lisciare massage cream, you can actually skip
this step, but I just love the glowing after I use this, a face massage is good
too for your blood circulation too, and I believe this cream give me a radiant
look, and my fine lines is starting to fade. Massage your face with this cream
every evening for 1 minute, and you can really feel the difference.
The
forth step is first care serum from sulwahsoo, just like my morning routine.
The
Fifth step is menard lisciare lotion moist, this one is also like my morning
routine
The
Sixth step is kiehls powerful wrinkle reducing eye cream, see my morning
routine for explanation.
The seventh
step is kiehls midnight recovery concentrate, this one is actually a serum, but
doesn’t really give me any effect yet, just a more hydrate skin I think. Not
really my favorite, still looking for a better serum. To apply it you pour 2
drops in your hand and rub it, and the smell the aromatherapy for about 5
second, and then you press it to your entire face. It claims to give you a
radiant face in the morning, but not for me, but I still hope to see the result
in 2 or 3 months.
The
eight step is menard lisciare milk lotion moist, see my morning routine for
explanation.
The
ninth step is menard lisciare night cream, this cream is probably the best for
me, it’s not too greasy, or making my face looks oily in the morning, it just
there and give your skin enough hydration for the night, take a small amount
and rub it in your hand, and press it into your face. (I've tried clinique, kiehls and clarins, and none is works for me, it's either feel too greasy, or makes me breakout)
I always apply my skincare with this method, press it into your skin, and don’t
rub it. When you press the skincare to your face you can feel that it absorb
well into your skin without hurting your skin or anything. Just try it so you
can feel the difference.
PS : If you want to try any of the skincare i mention above, and you don't know where to buy it, you can always ask me, they usually exist in some department store in big city, if they're not exist in your city, you could always ask me to help and buy it for you in my city ^^, i'll be glad to help
